Where modular construction meets refined architectural identity.

APEX Headquarters is a contemporary prefabricated office building located in Damascus, Syria. Designed by HRarchZ under the direction of Zakaria Eliwi, the project demonstrates how speed, efficiency, and architectural quality can coexist. The building was executed and assembled within just 20 days, offering a rapid yet refined solution for a corporate headquarters. Clean geometries, vertical elements, and a balanced material palette create a strong and recognizable identity for APEX.

The design of APEX Headquarters is driven by the need for speed, efficiency, and a strong corporate identity. The project rethinks traditional construction timelines by adopting a prefabricated system that allows rapid assembly within 20 days.

Despite the accelerated process, the architecture maintains a refined and contemporary expression. The composition of volumes, vertical articulation, and controlled material contrasts creates a balanced and professional image. The integration of landscape elements softens the geometry and enhances the user experience, bridging the relationship between built form and environment.

Design Concept
The concept is based on modular clarity and visual identity. Two primary volumes are connected through a central axis, reinforced by a pergola structure that adds depth and spatial layering. The façade uses vertical elements to create rhythm and proportion while emphasizing height and elegance. Neutral tones combined with dark accents establish a modern and timeless aesthetic. Large openings ensure transparency, natural light, and connection between interior and exterior.
