Hazel Spa Salon is a carefully curated interior that balances elegance and comfort. The project focuses on creating a serene atmosphere using neutral tones, organic shapes, and botanical accents. Designed by Zakaria Eliwi, the salon transforms functional beauty services into an elevated spatial experience.
The design of Hazel Spa Salon is rooted in the idea of fluidity and calm. Inspired by natural landscapes and organic formations, the space avoids rigid geometry in favor of soft, sculptural curves that guide movement and define zones.
The use of textured stone finishes, warm neutral palettes, and integrated greenery creates a sensory balance between nature and modernity. Light plays a crucial role, with diffused daylight and subtle artificial lighting enhancing the textures and depth of the materials.
Each seating area is thoughtfully positioned to ensure both privacy and openness, allowing clients to feel comfortable while still connected to the overall spatial experience. The result is a space that feels both intimate and expansive, designed to slow down time and elevate routine beauty rituals.
Defined by sculptural forms and a neutral material palette, the hair area creates a refined yet relaxing environment. Each station is carefully positioned to balance openness with intimacy, ensuring a personalized experience.
The waiting area is conceived as a quiet retreat, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere through soft seating, warm lighting, and natural materials. It sets the tone for a relaxing experience from the moment clients arrive.

Design Concept
The concept of the project is rooted in “Organic Modernism,” a design approach that seamlessly merges natural inspiration with contemporary architectural expression. The space is shaped through sculptural forms, where curved walls and partitions emulate the softness of natural erosion and fluid movement, creating a sense of continuity and calm. This is complemented by a careful selection of materials, where textured stone surfaces, soft upholstery, and integrated greenery work together to establish a warm and grounded atmosphere.
The layout is designed with a strong sense of spatial continuity, allowing the open-plan environment to flow effortlessly while maintaining subtle zoning for different functions. This approach enhances both movement and visual connection throughout the salon, ensuring that each area feels connected yet distinct.
In response to the client’s vision, the concept also incorporates the idea of integrating artificial intelligence into manicure and pedicure services, positioning the salon as a forward-thinking space that blends advanced technology with a soothing, human-centered environment. This fusion of innovation and organic design elevates the overall experience, offering a modern interpretation of wellness and beauty.
