This private villa is a celebration of spatial grandeur and meticulous detailing. Located in Riyadh, the design responds to both climate and lifestyle, offering expansive interiors, curated lighting features, and a seamless flow between formal and informal living spaces.
The project emphasizes verticality and openness, highlighted by a dramatic double-height lobby, sculptural chandeliers, and carefully crafted wall compositions. Each space is designed to evoke calmness while maintaining a strong visual identity.
Design Concept
The concept revolves around “Soft Luxury Minimalism” — a balance between clean architectural forms and rich material textures.
Neutral tones dominate the palette, complemented by warm lighting and subtle metallic accents. Organic shapes in furniture and lighting fixtures soften the geometry of the architecture, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
This villa reflects a vision of modern luxury rooted in simplicity, craftsmanship, and spatial clarity—designed to elevate everyday living into an immersive architectural experience.
