Oene Caffè redefines café culture in Riyadh through a bold fusion of industrial textures, warm lighting, and botanical softness.

Oene Caffè is a contemporary café concept located in Riyadh, designed by HRarchZ under the direction of Zakaria Eliwi. The project explores the intersection of industrial aesthetics and refined hospitality, creating a layered spatial experience defined by rich textures, warm lighting, and curated material contrasts. From the custom metal mesh installations to the soft greenery suspended above, every element contributes to a distinctive and immersive environment.

The design of Oene Caffè is driven by the idea of creating a memorable spatial journey that goes beyond functionality. Visitors are welcomed into an environment where every detail—from the lighting fixtures to the textured walls—works together to evoke a sense of warmth and curiosity. The interplay between raw industrial elements and soft natural components creates a layered atmosphere that evolves throughout the day, offering different moods and experiences.

The project aims to transform the café into a social and sensory hub, where design enhances both interaction and relaxation. The spatial composition encourages movement, exploration, and lingering, making it not just a place to grab coffee, but a destination to experience.

Design Concept
The design concept of Oene Caffè is rooted in the idea of “industrial warmth,” where raw architectural expression is carefully balanced with a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The space combines exposed structural elements, dark-toned finishes, and metal mesh installations with soft lighting and organic greenery to create a layered and immersive environment. This contrast between hard and soft materials generates a dynamic visual identity while maintaining a sense of comfort and familiarity. Warm ambient lighting plays a key role in enhancing textures and defining spatial depth, while suspended plants introduce movement and life into the structured setting. Together, these elements form a cohesive design language that reflects a contemporary café experience—bold, refined, and deeply atmospheric.
